Cooking Class: Healthy Baking for the Holidays
Join Chef Fernanda Larson, MS, CN, for this holiday baking class that is fun for all ages. During this class, you will learn healthy baking techniques while preparing classic holiday recipes. Fernanda and her award-winning cooking programs have reached thousands of curious chefs of all ages! She has been featured in the Del Mar Times, The Coast News, North County Kids Magazine, Red Tricycle San Diego, and on Channel 6 Wake Up San Diego morning show.
In this class you will learn how to prepare:
Wholesome gingerbread friends
Maple cranberry pear upside-down cake
Stupendous pumpkin pie with walnut crust
All ingredients and materials are included. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 25 people. Class fee of $40 includes all class materials. Discounted prices offered to college students, military, seniors and patients of Bastyr University Clinic.
