An Evening with Carol Gilligan & Elayne Clift
Join noted author and psychologist Carol Gilligan in her first ever appearance in Putney, Vermont! Dr. Gilligan is a noted feminist author and psychologist who taught at Harvard University for over 30 years. She wrote the critically acclaimed 1993 book, In a Different Voice, and more recently, Joining the Resistance (2011). Named by Time magazine as one of the 25 most influential Americans, Dr. Gilligan will be joined by local author Elayne Clift for an evening of thought provoking reading and discussion. All event proceeds benefit Next Stage Arts Project, a community based non-profit.
