Cookery School - Festive Food & Drink
The final All Day Cookery Class for 2016, this day of fun will arm you with the skills to create that perfect Christmas dinner party. Head Chef Mathias Rouveray will be imparting his years of experience in the kitchen, showing you how to avoid that dry Turkey and lumpy Bread Sauce, and create an array of festive dishes.
Learn basic filleting skills, but over all the ability to wow your guests with a variety of fishy dishes. You will also go away with a Recipe Book of everything you have learnt, and a your very own Fishes apron!
