COOKERY SCHOOL - BUTCHERY & BBQ
Love firing up the BBQ but cant seem to think of anything but the humble Sausage and Burger? Our third All Day Cookery Class will give you everything you need to look calm and collected whilst your succulent cuts of meat are smoking away. Our very own Head Chef Mathias Rouveray is back once again with his informative butchery demo, followed by a range of different BBQ styles.
Learn basic butchery skills, but over all the ability to wow your guests with all of your meaty delights! You will also go away with a Recipe Book of everything you have learnt, and a your very own Fishes apron!
