COOKERY SCHOOL FISH MASTERCLASS
The second of our brand new long awaited All Day Cookery Classes. Giving you everything you need to wow your guests, Head Chef Mathias Rouveray will be imparting his years of experience in fine dining restaurants for our Fish Masterclass.
Learn basic filleting skills, but over all the ability to wow your guests with a variety of fishy dishes. You will also go away with a Recipe Book of everything you have learnt, and a your very own Fishes apron!
