COOKERY SCHOOL COCKTAILS AND CANAPÉS
Learn basic pastry skills, but over all the ability to wow your guests with these mini masterpieces. You will also go away with a Recipe Book of everything you have learnt, and a your very own Fishes apron!
The format of the day is as follows:
9.00: Coffee and Bacon Bap
9.30: Introduction
9.40: Basic Knife Skills, and Dips
11.00: Refreshment break
11.15: Pastry, Shortcrust and Puff
12.30: Buffet Lunch
13.30: Skewers and Chicken Lollipops
15.00: Break
15.15: Veg Cups, and Soups
16.15: Break
16.30: Drinks Demo, and create Drinks with Mixologist James
17.00 onwards: Enjoy our Very own Cocktail and Canapés party.
