Join us as we kick-off the first DC PodFest at The Wonderbread factory Event Space. Enjoy networking, activities, live screen printing, a live show, food, drinks, raffle prizes and a lot more!

Goat Rodeo DC is celebrating the launch of their new DC podcast network, by sponsoring DC PodFest's official kick-off party. We have so much to celebrate! We have a lot planned for this unique gathering of independent podcasters and future pod people.

6pm: Welcome by DC PodFest Co-Founder, Alex Vidales of The Pilot Waves Podcast

6-7pm: Networking Scavenger Hunt with soft drinks and hors devours

6-8pm: Soul & Ink Live Activation Get your one-of-a-kind DC PodFest T-Shirts! Soul and Ink Give-Aways!

6:45pm: Goat Rodeo DC says, "Hi" and Opens The Bar! Enjoy an open bar with 4 signature cocktails, beer, and wine.

7pm: Chuck Levin's Presents: How To Set Up A Podcast Studio for Under $100 with Q&A Session

8pm: Women of Uncertain Age Live Podcast!

8:30pm: Podcaster Speed Dating: Podcasters enter a room full of Potential Guests and Sponsors with 2 minutes to pitch and get to know each other. Walk out with a sponsorship deal, a future guest, or just a great experience!

9:30pm: 7 Minutes In Hell! Podcasters get 7 minutes to perform their show in front of a panel of judges from The Timbre, Hot Pod, and Podcast Broadcast as well as a live audience. Grab a guest, and do your podcast for a chance to win an awesome prize, guaranteed to increase your downloads!

10:30pm: Drop Your Microphones and Dance Party, with music brought to us from the Hometown Sounds Podcast!
