Agave Spirit Dinner Pairing: Mezcal & Sotol

For the next event in our Tequila Dinner Series, we invite you to enjoy six selections of Mezcal and Sotol from El Jolgorio Mezcal, Nuestra Soledad Mezcal and Per Siempre Sotol, hand selected by Certified Catador, Chris Simmons. The agave spirits will be paired with six courses of cuisine to complement, prepared by some of the regions top chefs including: The Patio Chef Team, Miguel Angel Guerrero and Martin San Roman.

This promises to be a unique and inspirational dinner!

The six course dinner, paired with Mezcal & Sotol, will be on December 1st with welcome cocktails at 5:30 and dinner at 6pm.
