Altered Couture 2nd Annual Benefit
Organized by Cosmic Couture business owner/designer Christine DeTroy, the Second Annual Altered Couture Benefit Fashion Show will take place at the Frontier Café in Mill Building #3 at Fort Andross, on Friday May 4, 2012 beginning at 6 PM.
This event will showcase the local talent; artists, recyclers, designers alike and their wonderfully wild and ornate hat creations. The participants, ranging in age nine and up, are challenged to design and create a hat using castoff materials with a spending limit of $40.00.
Participants will model their creations runway style to their choice of music for the audience and the panel of judges. All proceeds of the event will benefit the ARTVAN Program.
