Cooking Class - Delicious Ways with Tofu
The hands-on class will expand your repertoire and ideal foranyone curious about plant-based cooking. Attendees will learn about cooking with tofu, an affordable, adaptable and nutritious soy-based staple of Asian cuisine, which is also popular in Western cooking. Class enrollment is limited.
Class will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in Chico in a spacious home kitchen in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Food will be served during the event, and no one will go away hungry.
The class is offered through Dharma Voices for Animals and Sky Creek Dharma Center and is the fourth class in a four-part series.
