Vines & Bines
THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT!
Vines & Bines is a new series that will explore wine (vines) and beer (bines) put together with locally produced foods. The first event is a beer dinner on April 30 from 6PM 9PM and hosts Bruce Wieszala presenting on his artisan cured meats from heritage pork raised at T-Meadow Farm in Lockport. The menu will consist of:
Coppa Charcuterie Plate of Sweet Coppa, Finocchiona Salami, Lardo wrapped in apple slices, and Pancetta
Massachusetts Avenue Project Watercress Soup
T-Meadows Farms Braised Pork Shoulder with Greens & Beans, Polenta, and a house made BBQ Sauce
T-Meadow House-Smoked Candied Bacon with House-Made Quark from Blue Hill Farms milk and Singer Naturals Cherry-Apple Compote
Come and sample the foods and beers that are making WNY a tasty place. Each course to be paired with a local NYS craft beer chosen by our local cicerone Ethan Cox of Community Beer Works. $35 plus tax and tip includes all food as well as four 10 oz beer pairings.
