AleSmith & CheeseSmith Pairing
We're happy to announce that we will be hosting AleSmith for San Diego Beer Week on Wednesday, November 11th! We will be pairing brewmaster Peter Zien's artisan CheeseSmith cheeses with four AleSmith specialty beers!
Admission includes cheese and 6-ounce tasters of the following beers:
Orange X | Pale Ale with Orange (5.25%)
Coconut Nut Brown | Classic Nut Brown with Coconut (5%)
Horny Devil | Belgian-style Golden Ale (10%)
Vietnamese Speedway Stout | Speedway Stout with Vietnamese Coffee (12%)
This is the third year we've had the pleasure of pairing AleSmith beer with CheeseSmith cheese, and it's always a great time! We hope you are able to join us for this truly special event!
*Please note that we will have a limited amount of CheeseSmith cheese available, so it will be first come, first served. We will supplement from our artisan cheese selection, as needed.
