Lil' Studio: A Constellation
Join this special session of Lil' Studio in which participants will be introduced to the exhibition, A Constellation, which traces connections among twenty-six artists of African descent. Children and adults will work together to create their own constellation using a resist technique with watercolor, marker, and collage materials. Parents with little ones ages 2.5 to 4 are invited to the Studio Museum to enjoy art-making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding. Lil' Studio is free, refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Please note Lil' Studio cannot accommodate groups with more than five children. Early childhood centers should contact tours@studiomuseum.org to arrange a separate visit. Lil' Studio is generously funded in part, by Council Member Inez E.
