Radio show: The War of the Worlds
October 28th thru the 31st FOUR PERFORMANCES
Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 2pm
Special Halloween performance on Monday, October 31st, at 8pm
LBSCs anniversary presentation of Orson Welles classic radio show, with live sound effects and music performed by the cast. The original 1938 broadcast covered the Martians invading the earth and created a nation-wide panic as a result.
Additional treats:
Mat Kaplan, host of Planetary Radio, returns for one night only Friday, October 28th with his popular annual update on what is happening on Mars today a multi-media presentation! Mat will speak at 8pm; Orson Welles classic radio play will follow, with live music and sound effects performed by the actors.
AND
Our American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be with us for Friday, Sunday and Mondays performances of The War of the Worlds!
