Making Sense of Adolescence
This presentation takes the mystery out of adolescence and provides practical suggestions for how to help our children successfully negotiate this tumultuous time. It will give parents of pre-adolescent and adolescent children both the tools and the eyes to see accurately, leaving you more confident in your capacity to provide what it is your child really needs from you.
Cindy will focus on the maturing dynamics at work for all adolescents, how to prepare your pre-adolescent, and how to provide the conditions needed for your adolescent to mature and realize their potential. In addition to providing theoretical understanding, Cindy will address the real-world, day-to-day challenges of parenting adolescents and pre-adolescents in today's world, and offer practical remedies to challenges that all modern parents face.
