TransportedSF Poetry & Absinthe Ride
Board our biodiesel/solar bus for a poetry extravaganza. We will stop at 3 beautiful outdoor places around the Bay for our poetry evening.
Featuring:
*Exquisite Corpse group poem creation!
*Candlelit open mic where you get to read your favorite poems in a beautiful outdoor setting!
*Site-specific poems about the places we stop!
*Poems crafted just for you on the spot by a lovely wordsmith!
*Absinthe!!
You should bring:
*A poem in your pocket.
*Warm clothes - it's the Bay Area, yo.
*A flashlight
*Water
*Absinthe if you want more than the complimentary shot we will be passing out to everyone.
*Flasks full of fine whiskey
*Your lover and/or that person you wish was your lover.
Note: please DO NOT go to the corner Million Fishes gallery for check in. Instead, do go to 2829 23rd street, stained glass entry and proceed back through the courtyard for check-in.
