Synopsis: New Canula is a place...or maybe a state of mind...possibly just a view of a green meadow with horses scampering about in the springtime sun...whatever it may be...it IS peace and contentment...and isn't that what we all truly desire...? In this piece our characters find that you can't always do everything right, or even everything wrong, to get there...sometimes you just need someone else...
BIO: Gary Cremeans and Dave Simpson have found their 'New Canula' at Brüka Theatre...although they have worked together on many different projects together, this will mark their first on-stage collaboration. Special thanks to miss Mary Ann Bennett for coining the phrase New Canula.
BIGGEST little THEATRE FESTIVAL
November 4th thru 8th, 2015
Brüka Theatre presents a new series of short play performances in Brüka's BIGGEST little Theatre Festival November 4th thru 8th, 2015 featuring five different short pieces of theatre from within and outside our community. Each piece is up to an hour in length. Tickets are $10 in advance or at the door for each show. A Special ticket package is available at $40 for 5 shows. Seating is limited for the performances, so please make advance reservations at Brüka Theatre 775.323.3221. An open reception and BIGGEST little Festival Mixer immediately follows Sheldon Hawn's work: HEAR & OBEY at 9 PM on Friday night November 6th. A free improve Super Scene will close out the festival on Sunday night November 8 at 8 PM. Tickets also available on brownpapertickets.com. Check us out at www.bruka.org.
