Cider Chat: Women in Cider
There seems to be a lot more women at the forefront of cider than beer or wine.
What encourages more women to become involved in orcharding and cidermaking? Do they bring a distinctive perspective and palate that shapes how cider is made and sold? What challenges do they face? How can we encourage more diversity in the industry?
Join three of the countries leading cidermakers: Louisa Spencer from Farnum Hill, Autumn Stoscheck from Eve's Cidery and Diane Flynt from Foggy Ridge as they share insights about their role in this growing industry and what you can do to shape the conversation.
Talk includes tastes of Eve's, Farnum Hill and Foggy Ridge ciders. Bottles available for purchase in our bottle shop.
Moderated by Sabine Hrechdakian, co-owner of Wassail, founding Cider Week producer and writer covering food and drink.
