The Art of Making Chocolate/Bean to Bar/LoveBar Chocolate
LoveBar Chocolate is a unique local business that hand crafts direct trade and organic bean to bar chocolate and supports the arts community by wrapping every bar with original art designed and printed by Philly artists. Tegan Hagy owner and confectionery creator will lead this informative seminar discussing the process of how they take cacao beans and process them into chocolate bars. The tasting portion is a recreation of an event we did at Spring Mill Café recently where we matched Bruichladdich Islay lightly peated Scotch (or wine)with LoveBar chocolates and it was a match made in heaven.
