Duke Riley's Rematch
Join us for the American broadcast of Duke Riley's The Rematch, a river race between the animals of the Chinese Zodiac. Dress code: The Zodiac animal of your choice!
The Rematch is taking place in Zhujiajiao, China, a water village on the outskirts of Shanghai, on April 15. The 12 zodiac animals will redo the race, which according to mythology was won by the scheming rat. This New York City viewing party is a very special opportunity for those who are unable to witness the race in person. At the event, you will be encouraged to choose the animal you believe will win!
Statement from Duke Riley:
"Gambling is illegal.
Naturally, I would never encourage anyone to make a mockery of the law under any circumstances. However, you can choose to donate as much for admission as you like. It is believed that being more generous with your "admission fee" could greatly improve your luck and fortune during this non-gambling event*. A large sum of money may be donated to the cause of liberating the animals of the Rematch from the crummy conditions they currently live in."
*The suggested donation 'supports' one animal of the Zodiac. You may donate additional "admission fees" at the events if you chose to support that animal again, or another.
Doors open at 6 pm. The broadcast will begin at 8 pm. Donations must be made in advance.
