April Sours Prix Fixe All-Duck Dinner With Sour Beer Pairing
The annual April Sours at Jimmy's No. 43 culminates in a prix fixe pairing menu: guest chef Brendan Corr (f/o City Bakery, Jim Lahey's Co.) will make an all-duck, family-style menu with ingredients from Hudson Valley Duck Farm: Smoked duck breast, duck neck terrine, duck confit, etc. Plus six of the best sour beers in the world- including Jolly Pumpkin, Cantillon, Dr Fritz Briem, Anchorage, Allagash, and Hannsens. Additional beers will be from some of the best sour beer makers in Germany, Belgium, Italy, Canada and the USA. One seating only at 7 p.m. Reservations recommended.
