With a sister restaurant in Brussels, the New York Rouge Tomate earned a Michelin star within only months of opening in 2009. It quickly established itself as one of the most innovative restaurants in New York, with an exceptional wine program based on natural wines, some of which we offer at Vinland but many more of which are not available in Maine and all curated with Pascaline's exquisite discernment. Pascaline has emerged as a national leader in the natural wine movement. Andy is one of the most dynamic young chefs in New York City today. They happen to both be really awesome people, too, so we couldn't be happier to have them here to showcase their tremendous knowledge and skill.
The 5-course dinner with wine pairing will be $100 per person, and ticket prices include tax, tip, and Brown Paper Tickets processing fee. Seating will begin at 6 PM and tickets are required. You may purchase tickets on Brown Paper Tickets, or by calling us at 207-653-8617.
