Gathering Strength A Special Fundraising Event for Moms & Caretakers of Kids with Special Needs
Recharge, reconnect and renew your mind, body and soul in this thoughtfully designed 90 minute flow, restorative and meditative yoga practice suited for all levels (beginners welcome). We will explore the magic of breath, the support of community and the power of strength in order to heal and restore ourselves back into balance.
