Understanding the New ADA Regulations
New federal ADA regulations went into place March 15th of this year which made significant changes to the existing laws and expanded the act's reach into newly regulated areas of construction. The seminar will cover how federal and state regulations interact, what is currently happening in California to address differences between state and federal regulations, how the practice of architecture in California is affected by the changed, and a detailed presentation of what is newly required.
