Food+Farm Grow Fair: Kombucha Making Workshop
12:30-2pm: Learn the ins and outs of brewing up your own kombucha with UFF's Gretchen Voight. In addition to the science and brewing process, this workshop will discuss alternative ingredients including herbs, mushrooms, and alternatives to sugar. $10/person, limited to 15. Take home kombucha brew kits available for an additional $15.
