C-CAP Careers through Culinary Arts Program College: Gathering Your Mise En Place

Location: Food & Finance High School, 525 W 50th St, New York, NY 10019
Then travel on your own to: Big Apple College Fair where you will meet with C-CAP counselor for a guided tour Javits Center, Hall 1A 655 W 34th St, New York, NY 10001
What: A C-CAP Early College Awareness Program (Grades 9-12) A one-day college and culinary school exploration event for students and their families, interested in attending post-secondary schools with programs in the culinary arts, restaurant & hospitality, and food related majors. College is like a pair of kitchen gloves, one size DOES NOT fit all! Why do some chefs go to college and not others? What classes would I take in a college culinary program? What's the difference between a certificate, an associates and a bachelors? Get answers the answer here and then join our Senior College Program Manager at the Big Apple College Fair for a guided tour, where you will discover even more about the various programs colleges offer as as you interact with representatives from each of the schools.
