Bitters: The salt and pepper of cocktails
Matt and Beth of Cocktails Are Go will show you how important bitters are in the final product of making a cocktail.We will make a Manhattan, Sazerac, and a Martini without bitters and then add them yourself and see what a difference they make.
Light snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring something to munch on or share.
