Do you want to increase your balance and grace? Former ballerina, Coco Lectric teaches you ballet basics with a sexy flair. Learn statuesque poses and ballet basics while strengthening and stretching. This course includes basic Pilates stretches and toning and across the floor combinations and spins. Bring comfortable clothing you can stretch in and be prepared to dance with naked feet or ballet shoes.
