Family Meal with David Colston
David has worked in some of the most challenging and exciting kitchens in NYC. He is currently the Executive Chef at UES hotspot The Upsider. The Upsider specializes in creative and unique expressions of New American Cuisine.
For these dinners he is stepping outside of that realm to play with flavors and preparations that excite him and just don't fit on the menu. As he said when we went over his dishes "I want to eat these things."
