Event
Free Public Planetarium Show
The White House has put a call out for astronomers across the country to host an Astronomy event on October 19th. Join Professor of Astronomy, Art Goss, as he guides you through the cosmos in Bellevue College's Willard Geer Planetarium from 10:30-11:15am. Event is free, but due to limited seating, tickets reservations must be made in advance on Brown Paper Tickets with the search term "Bellevue Planetarium."
The Planetarium is a special domed-ceiling room (room B-244) where the nighttime sky is accurately produced. Doors will open at 10:30am and the show will end promptly at 11:15am. Please be on time as the room is dark during the show and there is no late admission.
For more information on this event, please call the Science and Math Institute at 425-564-3055. For more information on the White House's celebration, please visit: https://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2015/08/21/white-house-astronomy-night-celebration-science-technology-and-space
