Jose Batista-Ayala | The Cruising Monologues
BRIO Award-winning writer, director and actor Jose Batista-Ayala's The Cruising Monologues is inspired by Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues and tells the stories of six individuals and their experiences with "cruising," the act of walking or driving around town in search of a little romance, usually of the gay, anonymous, casual, one-time variety. The show features a seven member cast in an eye-opening evening of laughter with monologues, poetry and dance.
