6TH ANNUAL ASME Night at the Astros

COST: $30 per person until April 13th, 2012, $40 per person after.
High School student tickets are free via invite from ASME STS (only 25 available), and can bring one parent as guest for $30 price. College Students can attend the event for $20.

ASTROS TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE STADIUM WILL CALL WINDOW. ASTROS tickets WILL BE MAILED by May 1 to the billing address you enter in "Contact Details" on Brown Paper Tickets from ASME. You will receive a Brown Paper Ticket purchase receipt in via email from BPT. If your billing address is different from your mailing address, please email gjrissky@yahoo.com with your mailing address.
You must register online through Brown Paper Tickets.

How do I get my tickets ? |

Normally, brown paper tickets is meant for your own events. It does not allow you to setup event such as Astros (which has its own tickets) without any ticket selling options on the brown paper tickets website. Last year we allowed brown paper tickets system to mail physical tickets. Brown paper would issue their own physical tickets which are not of any use for entry to the minute maid park. Since it caused some confusion, we tried to eliminate mailing of any tickets from brown paper but we still had to have a ticket option to setup the event. The only way to do that was to have a will call option, but again there will not be any tickets for the ticket buyer at Astros will call. The actual Astros tickets will be mailed to the ticket buyer by us after we directly get it from Minute Maid Park. When you buy tickets, contact details are requested in addition to billing address, one has to make sure that they provide that information and that is where your actual Astros tickets will be mailed. |
