NGSS Life Science: Grades 3-5
"NGSS Life Science: Grades 3-5"
Join other teachers from the San Diego community in a hands-on workshop focusing on low to no cost activities aligned with NGSS LS1: From Molecules to Organisms: Structures and Processes within grades 3-5. Come explore organisms from an inquiry-based perspective, engage in rich discussion with fellow teachers, and leave with ready to use lessons and classroom activity ideas.
This workshop will run from 5-7pm on Thursday, November 19, 2015. While all educators are welcome, we will specifically be addressing NGSS performance expectations for third, fourth, and fifth grade students. The cost is $15 per person, which includes the payment processing fee. Light refreshments, rich conversation, and engaging activities are included!
