Slumber Party! (Cuddle Sanctuary + Sleep-Over)
The Cuddle Sanctuary Slumber Party is finally happening!
Come for our regular Cuddle Sanctuary workshop. If you choose, you can stay for the slumber party. We'll offer two prices so you can decide what you'd like to do.
Cuddle Sanctuary is the place to be to unwind, take time for yourself and feel good. Like a spa experience for your spirit! The slumber party provides us more time to enjoy cuddling, hanging out and being with each other. We'll also have some silly sleep-over fun.
Eat dinner before you come. Snacks and water will be provided. All genders and orientations - individuals, groups and couples - are all welcome.

The Cuddle Sanctuary workshop is a guided social experience that includes a welcome circle, easy relaxation activities, communication exercises and a description of cuddle etiquette. The event culminates in a voluntary "cuddle lab." Touch is always consensual and never a requirement to participate.
The slumber party will provide more time for informal hanging out and some playful activities, too. The whole evening and sleep-over will be Rated G.

SCHEDULE
7:00 Registration begins. Note: doors close at 7:30pm. Please be sure to leave yourself lots of time to arrive and park so you won't be on the wrong side of the door. Sorry, no refunds for latecomers.)
7:30PM Opening circle, relaxation activities, communication exercises, cuddle etiquette, voluntary cuddle lab
10:00PM Closing circle / Fond Farewells for those not attending the sleep over
10:30PM-1:00AM Sleep over activities, hanging out, snacking, talking & fun
8:30AM Continental Breakfast and Coffee

WHAT TO WEAR? Dress in clothes that are conducive to snuggling. Soft, cozy pajamas, cotton t-shirts, sweatpants, leggings are all welcome. Tank tops and shorts are a-okay for the warmer weather. Feel free to change clothes when you arrive. Hygiene is important at cuddles - be squeaky clean and minty fresh - it's easier to get close that way! (Note: come free of perfumes, colognes and cigarette smoke. Some of us have sensitive noses - thanks!)

ABOUT JEAN: For years, Jean Franzblau kept Googling "cuddle" and "Los Angeles" hoping to find an event. She's now the founder of Cuddle Sanctuary in Los Angeles which provides a safe space every week for people to give and receive healthy touch.
