Discover what cutting edge Israeli chefs are creating in Israel, and the cultural roots of the country's most famous dishes. Presentations by Naama Shefi, Israeli Cuisine Specialist and NYWCA member, and Lior Lev Secarz, owner of La Boite. Israeli food tasting by Taboon.
Each attendee will also receive a small gift sample from La Boite's spice collection and will learn what inspired Lior to create them.
