Seussical Summer Program (ages 7 - 14)

NBYT's 2012 summer production for ages 7 through 14 will be Seussical Jr! Favorite books and characters from Dr. Seuss come to life in this musical fantasy about Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, the Whos of Whoville, and more! This "Broadway Junior" version is designed specifically for children to perform.

Rehearsals will be held over a four-week half-day program (Mondays through Fridays) with a weekend of performances at the end of the program. All children who register will be cast in the show. Roles will be determined based on pre-program auditions to be scheduled in June. Over the course of the program, the cast will rehearse the performance--including music and choreography--and will also help to make some of the props and costumes to be used in the show!
