In Wonderland Private Art Tour, Art-Inspired Cooking Class and Literary Series
Please join Literary Affairs for a one-of-a-kind art and food experience. Together we will explore Surrealism and the vibrant women artists of this seminal movement with a private tour of In Wonderland, LACMA's first-of-its-kind exhibition. Following our private tour, we will head to Surfas Kitchen in Culver City where Maite Gomes Rejón, founder of Art Bites and former museum educator, will give a talk and lead an art-inspired cooking class using recipes from Frida Kahlo's cookbook. Finally, we will enjoy the tasty fruits of our labor and continue the lively talk with lunch and wine. This will truly be an event to remember and a multi-sensory experience!
Please note: TICKETS FOR COOKING CLASS ARE SOLD OUT but you may still sign up for the private LACMA tour only or the tour and Literary Series. The exploration of Surrealism will continue with our Spring Literary Series on May 10 and June 14. Buy your tickets early as space is extremely limited!
