Dinner Series: Women & Heart Disease
An estimated 42 million women are living with some form of heart disease, but many are unaware of the threat they face. Dr. Kamran Aslam, a cardiologist and electrophysiologist from Swedish Covenant Hospital, will discuss prevention, signs and symptoms while you enjoy a three-course gourmet meal. This event is part of our ongoing dinner series which combines important health information and great local cuisine.
Course 1: Carrot soup with flaxseed granola
Course 2: Grilled arctic char with shaved vegetable salad &tomato-chile vinaigrette
Course 3: Dark chocolate mousse with almond brittle crumble
