NEW CITY POETRY/MUSIC SALON #4
John Kazanjian directs a collage evening of poetry and music. Mary Ewald will perform Walt Whitman's "When Lilacs Last in the Dooryard Bloomed", a Sappho fragment, plus more . Seanjohn Walsh will perform Ginsberg's "Sunflower Sutra" plus more. Three singers from the Seattle University choir program (Nancy Brasseale, Elena Kazanjian, and Kellie Parmelee) will perform original music from New City's upcoming production of THE TEMPEST, among other selections.
