Ecco's monthly communal family-style dinners are the perfect place to gather with friends--both new and old--to break bread. March's theme is "Venetian Carnevale" celebrating the foods of this annual ritual of decadence and over-indulgence.
The menu will include:
Whipped Venetian baccala with grilled polenta and roasted radicchio
Squid & Georgia shrimp salad with asparagus ribbons and lemon
Brasstown beef carpaccio with artichoke, Grana Padano, celery and arugula
Risi e BisiRice and peas with pancetta
Squid ink risotto with roasted Vidalia spring onions
Housemade bigoli pasta with anchvovies
Wood-roasted monkfish with sweet and sour onions, pine nuts and raisins
Polenta with asiago
FrappeVenetian Carnevale fritters
The cost is $35/person (including sales tax; excluding alcohol and gratuity).
