Join us for the 2015 Reno Hair & Makeup Artist Competition. This year's competition will feature looks from talented artists all showing their interpretations of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Proceeds to benefit the Scholarship Fund for The Miss Reno, Sparks & Washoe County Scholarship Program.
