Introduction to Sausage Making
Learn the basics of making a fresh sausage. We'll cover proper cutting, grinding, seasoning and mixing techniques.
Class is limited to 10 people so that everyone gets a chance to participate. Take home 5 pounds of premium, hand made sausage at the end of class.
