Indian Fusion Night

As part of our Whisky Week festivities, we are thrilled to be doing a night honoring the fantastic single malt whiskies of the Amrut Distillery in Bangalore India.

We will be hosting a special tasting of 5 of the Amrut single malts, paired with small bite flavor pairing to accentuate the flavor profile of each. The tasting will be at 7:00 in our Barrel Room & space very is limited. Tasting will be lead by Amrut Single Malt Whisky International Brand Ambassador, Ashok Chokalingham.

Amrut Fusion Single Malt Whisky 50%
Amrut Intermediate Sherry 57.1%

Tickets are available on Brown Paper Tickets for $20 each.

We expect the tasting to last about an hour, after which Ashok will be available on the main floor to answer questions about this unique brand. Chef Sarah will have several Curry Fusion inspired dishes created just for the evening & Phil has planned some special drafts in keeping with the Indian Fusion theme including Thornbridge Jaipur and Meantime IPA.

This is going to be a unique night & lots of fun. Get your tickets for the tasting early as this part of the evening will sell out quickly.

Ashok is based in the UK & is responsible for building the Amrut brand and developing international markets. He has been instrumental in leading the development of new expressions of Amrut.Ashok will use his wit, charm and sense of humor in the understanding, exploration and development of your appreciation of Amrut Single Malt.
