"The Taming" by Lauren Gunderson

This East-of-the-Rockies professional premiere runs October 2-18, at the Looby Theater.
The cast features some of Nashville's most talented actors. Colette Divine plays Patricia, ruthlessly practical legislative aide to a conservative Senator. Cate Jo plays Bianca, a scandal-mongering liberal blogger whose favorite endangered species is threatened by the Senator's latest Bill. Brooke Gronemeyer plays Katherine, reigning Miss Georgia who is hell bent on being crowned Miss America -- and on changing the course of the nation.
"The Taming" opens Friday, October 2, with evening performances Thursdays through Saturday, and three Sunday matinees. The final performance is Sunday, October 18 at 2:30 PM.
NOTE: Because of adult situations and language, the production is not recommended for children.
