Fresh Meat Tenderizer
2 days of intensive training sessions that cover all basic skills associated with LBRDs skills assessment. Coaches will cover all requirements to be placed on the sub-pool as well as what is expected of team members. The camp is also open to recreational non-derby skaters. LBRD will focus on strength, agility, derby 101, strategy, and safely in skating.
