10th - 12th Grade Homeschool Program -- Forensic Science -- Questioned Documents
Homeschool programs are back! The Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center has exciting homeschool classes available for families looking to supplement their science curriculum. Explore physics, biology, engineering and more! Our classes are tailored for a variety of ages and provide educational programming, hands-on experiments, and time to socialize with other young scientists. Best of all, there are no explosions in your home! Join us for hands-on, age-appropriate science lessons to foster curiosity and discovery in support of what your kids are learning at home.
Questioned Documents (Chemistry: Chromatography) -- Thursday, March 22nd at 2pm (90min Classes) Students will discuss and use proper techniques and characteristics of questioned documents and handwriting analysis. Students will analyze documents from a crime scene for using chromatography and various technologies in handwriting analysis. Students will also discuss cyber crime and forensic psychology as it pertains to forensic profiling.
Class Cost:
Non-Members: $12 per class (Parent or guardian admission is included in student admission price.)
