Savannah Fuentes Northern Lights Fall Tour 2015 Astoria
Seattle-based Flamenco dancer Savannah Fuentes brings her latest show, "Northern Lights" to the Clatsop Community College Performing Arts Center.


Savannah will be joined by cantaor j(male flamenco singer), direct from Spain, Juañarito and guitarist Bobby de Sofia. The 8:00 performance is the 14th stop on a 35-date tour of the Western U.S.
 
  Juañarito is a tremendous young talent from a family of Spanish Roma
Flamenco singers from the Andalusian province of Jerez de La Frontera
(known as the cradle of Flamenco). The son of famed singer,Juañares and the
nephew of Flamenco legend Jose Merce, Juañarito gained national acclaim in
Spain as a result of his remarkable performances on The Spanish version of
The Voice (La Voz España ) this year. He will be making his American
debut in *Northern Lights*.

   Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, Bobby discovered flamenco en Los Angeles and continued his studies in Andalusia with artists such as Pedro Viscomi and Paco Arroyo. He currently performs regularly at the various Flamenco clubs in the Los Angeles area.
   
    Born in Seattle to parents of Puerto Rican and Irish ancestry, Savannah began her studies in Seattle and continued in Spain with dancers such as Belen Maya and Cristobal Reyes.  She currently tours throughout the western United States and has independently produced over 250 presentations and workshops featuring internationally recognized flamenco singers.
