Tailgating in the SKY
Join us for rooftop tailgating on October 3rd, led by Executive Chef Dan Marquis. Chef Dan will demnstrate how to make fall-inspired sausage, chicken and ribs - using a selection of produce and ingredients from his family-owned farm, Mill Road Farms. He will be creating his secret rubs for ribs, marinades for chicken and handmade sausages - all which will be enjoyed by you, after the class! To be sure you don't go thirsty, EPIC's Beverage Director, Michael Cristiani, will join Chef Dan and pair his favorite seasonal beers and crafted cocktails for you to enjoy with your meal.
