The Ultimate Healthy Cooking Class : cook once, eat all week
Too busy to cook? Confused about what qualifies healthy fare? On a budget? Cooking for One or Got several mouths to feed?
All good reasons that may hold you back from cooking - but that we'll demystify in the course of one delicious evening! This class is great for both beginners and more advanced cooks eager to learn how to cook quick, easy, healthy and wholesome meals. As New Yorkers we have easy access to prepared fast food! Katrine and Patryce understand that home cooking needs to be just as convenient, delicious and easy as stopping by the take out place on the corner!

- Learn how to cook quick, healthy, delicious and nutrient dense food. - How to cook once a week and eat for the week. - Get the scoop on gluten free, sugar free and Weston A. Price Foundation traditional cooking philosophies.
