Speaker Series: Bob Macdonald and Mayor Joseph P. Riley
Director Emeritus of the Museum of the City of New York and Vice Chair Emeritus of the South Carolina Aquarium, Bob Macdonald will give a lecture celebrating the life of Charleston's own, Ted Stern. With an inspired introduction by our admired and long-time Charleston mayor Joseph P. Riley, The Remembering of the Remarkable Ted Stern: Charleston's Compass will be a memorable evening and one that will captivate those who knew Ted Stern and inform those who were not as fortunate.
Tickets are $10 for members of the Library Society and $15 for nonmembers.
The event will begin promptly at 6:00 PM and last approximately an hour.
